About Me
Holistic Fitness Coach
I'm Jo, a Holistic Fitness Coach.
For over 10 years I have been coaching both women and men to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.
I work closely with all of my clients to address their individual goals, taking the time to review nutritional habits, psychological aspects of behavioural changes as well as overall fitness and wellness. I truly believe that the body and mind must go hand in hand when designing programmes, in order to create the very best outcomes.
My aim is to train the whole you, for long lasting results.
